If they do not, return them with no restocking fee being applied (you pay the return shipping) and we will send you a different size in the same modell and color of shoe until you are fully satisfied with your fit!

Your walking enjoyment, comfort and full satisfaction with these great shoes are of the utmost importance to us.

There are just a couple of conditons. First please follow all five of these Shoe Fitting Steps. (This guarantee only applies if you have followed all of these steps).

Second when your new shoes arrive we ask that you wear them only on a carpeted floor while you confirm the fit. Should you feel you need to return them, the shoes must be returned in new conditon with no markings of any sort on them. You will receive a free return shipping label with your order.
