ShoeBuy is a very popular supplier of quality shoes onlline. They've got a LOT of shoes. Really LOTS! In fact with so many brands, styles, colors, models, sizes and so on it can be a bit challenging to find just exactly what you're looking for.
With a little help and a bit of knowledge though it's really a piece of cake. And you have a very wide selection from a quality supplier at great prices. They also provide FREE Shipping AND FREE Return Shipping too. This is very comforting to know if you have any issues at all with your order. That's pretty hard to beat. You get treated the way you deserve to be treated.
So how do you find that one (or more) pair of 'just right' shoes among the hundreds of thousands of shoes they offer? Please read on.
Hints- Be patient! Don't panic! There is a gold mine here once you know a few of the 'secrets'!
- Have an idea of the general type or category of footwear you're interested in. If you have a specific brand or even a model/catalog number for a shoe, even better.
- Start by using their 'Search' features to narrow down your search. This works best when you do your searches in stages based on how much or how little information you actually have on the shoe you're looking for.
Let's walk through an example together to help you get the hang of it. First click ShoeBuy.com Home Page. This opens their home page in another window so you can follow these instructions and do it yourself.
- Enter the term "women's walking shoes" (no quotes necessary) in the Search field near the top left of the page. This gives you a list of almost 1,000 items. Still a bit unwieldy? Let's narrow it down some more.
- Look at the left side of the page in the column with the RED words that say "Narrow Results for Womens Walking Shoes". This column will appear on every page of your search. Here you can then choose how to narrow your list further. Let's start by brand.
- First go to the bottom of the Brand section and click on "see Full List". (alternately you can just use the list as first shown to look at only the top 10 brands. Note this is the top list by sales volume and is NOT an indicator of the top quality shoes!). Let's choose ECCO

- From here you can choose to narrow your search by your preferred color, size, width and price (one click at a time). Let's choose 'White' as our color. This gives us a much shorter list of shoes to look at (about 10 rather than 1,000!). It's getting easier!
- Once you're here you can narrow your search further and pick what Size, Color, Price and Features you're most interested in. For this example we will not make any of those choices.
- Now you have a window with a title above a few products that says ECCO White Women's Waling Shoes and to the right of that title you have two more important drop down menus to help you narrow your search more should you wish. You can Sort By 8 different categories and Display how many shoes per page you wish to look at. Easier still!
- Let's click on the first shoe on the page in the top left position (at the time of writing this is a Women's ECCO Mobile 20263). Now you have a number of other options available to you. You can look at that shoe in different colors if you choose. look at a larger picture, look at a Size Conversion Chart and Add To Cart. If your size is out of stock you can asked to be advised when it is in stock.
- Shopping Trick! - if you're going to be looking at a number of shoes and just might have a teensy bit of trouble remembering all that you looked at just do this. Add them all to your cart while you are shopping. You haven't actually purchased anything at this stage and can always go to your Shopping Cart (at the very top of the page to the left ) at any time.
You can see ALL of the ones you looked at and put there. Always a good idea anyway before you actually buy. Click on the Item Name to see the product again. If you wish to remove it from your cart, just check the box in the Remove column. Finally click on Recalculate Totals at the bottom center right of your list of items.
- Another VERY USEFUL feature we find is Customer Reviews at the bottom of the page. You get a real world feel for how other folks feel about these particular shoes outside of any sales hype. Note that only the first five reviews are shown here. You can click on View All Reviews just above the first review to look at all of them if you choose, (If there are no reviews, it is not the end of the world, it just means that no one has bothered to write one yet)!
